Growing up, conversation was extremely difficult for me. I was very shy, socially awkward and dealt with social anxiety. I was oblivious to the idea of learning more about conversation skills and intentionally practicing them until circumstances forced me to do so. Learning how to have meaningful conversations and connect with people has been life changing. Conversation is now fun, fulfilling, and productive.
